Dad: I don't think so. What's a smoothie chip?

Fiona: It's when you take a bite of a chip and then you take a sip of your smoothie.

Dad: Oh yeah?

Fiona: Watch.

Fiona takes chip off of Dad's plate, pops it into her mouth, drinks a sip of her smoothie, chews, swallows.

Fiona: That's a smoothie chip.

Pemaquid, part 2

We finish up the week with a seal-spotting boat trip, a quick return to the Fort William Henry, and a morning filled with both arts and crafts.

Mid-week Maine update

Fiona and Henry and Delia, Ben, and Sarah Kate frolic and try to entertain their parents by sitting at Fort William Henry, a colonial fort in Pemaquid, ME. We trek to East Boothbay for breakfast one morning, and you'll also find us taking a stroll to the lighthouse and back. After the Prestons head back home, Fiona and Henry take a ride in the bike trailer. This morning, the Elliotts hit the beach.

Fiona spent some quality time with her brother this past week, loving, holding, hugging, and kissing the suddenly smiling Henry. And earlier today, Fiona hit Pat's Peak for her second official ski outing of the season. We have the photos to prove it.
